“We really enjoyed our stay at Riversong! The house is very clean & well maintained with everything you need for a great mountain vacation. The view of the river from the porch is beautiful. We brought our kayaks and found landings upriver so we could paddle back to the house and loved every minute of it. The owners have gem hunting supplies at the house and we had fun panning in the river, even brought home some garnets we found! We highly recommend this rental, it was even better than advertised!” – Jim and Jane - SC

“We have rented several places in the Franklin area, and this lovely little cottage has definitely been the most pleasant! The house is very clean, spacious, wonderfully supplied with almost any & everything that you might need. And the back yard view down to the river is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for seeing to all our needs.” – Jerry and Gracie - FL

The house is perfect, very clean & well supplied. The backyard and view down to the river is beautiful and we really enjoyed the deck.
Franklin is the perfect location for exploring the mountain area, we visited Nantahala Park, the Highlands, GSMNP, Black Rock Mountain and Standing Indian area – all in easy day trips. Truly a peaceful, relaxing time!” – The Hensels

“I really enjoyed the peaceful solitude and quietness - the birds singing, and wildlife passing through made for a relaxing atmosphere to read and meditate. “What a blast! We enjoyed having such a nice, clean, comfortable place to crash at the end of a full day. It was close to most of the activities we set out to do – kayaking, bicycling, hiking on the AT, Harrah’s, Cherokee Reservation, etc. We’re exhausted - but we’ll be back in the fall and bring our own bikes!” – Lance and Julie – TX

"We love coming to RiverSong!  What a wonderful, serene place to unwind! We come to whitewater raft, hike and just take in the beautiful scenery.  And of course, you can't beat the mountain antiques, crafts and homemade preserves found in little shops throughout the area.  We'll be back soon!” - Janet and Steve
